Dr.Luke has always held reigns of the young star’s career, but it was his EDM heavy influence that drove this album. By the release of her album, the EDM phase was nearly over. So, majority of her singles fell flat, bringing her career to a screeching halt. He musical direct left many fans and critics confused.

Luke is an international hit-maker, so many thought the pop princess would constantly roll out hits under his supervision — but the deal had an adverse effect on her career.
